Domestic within AUS/NZ
All domestic orders are processed with Standard and/or Express orders within 48 hours of being placed.
Standard shipping is $10 AUD for all orders under $300 and applied at checkout
Express shipping is Free for all orders over $300 AUD, An express shipping option is available for $15 AUD
Express Shipping Delivers between 1-4 Business days, as per AusPost delivery service. Standard shipping delivers between 4-8 Business days, as per AusPost delivery services.
Once Dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your Order update and tracking number via Australia Post.
All International orders are shipped and processed through DHL, within 48 hours of being placed.
International shipping is at a flat rate of $40AUD and applied at checkout

Delivery is determined by DHL once shipment is created, once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track each step of your delivery.
Customs, Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout with shipping destination and order values. All orders will be shipped on a DDp (Delivery Duty Paid) Basis.
Once Dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your Order update and tracking number (Waybill) via DHL Express.
At Terry we want you to love your pieces. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your order for either a refund or credit voucher within 5 business days of delivery.
All items must be unworn, unused and unwashed in packaging with all original tags attached.

Returns are not eligible on sale items or any items purchased using a discount code or as part of a sale promotion. All discounted items are considered final sale. During sale periods we are happy to exchange sizes where available. This excludes our Welcome sign-up offer used on a full-price order.
All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Due to limited stock, we are unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to change your size or style we recommend that you repurchase as you return your original order for a refund or store credit. Please email any size/style requests and we will do our best to assist here where stock is available.
Once your return has been received and verified to our return policy standards, your return will be processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please note return postage for returns or exchanges are the buyers responsibility. We recommend you use a service that offers tracking to avoid any problems. Terry is not responsible for loss or damage of items in transit.
All Terry pieces may be slightly different due to the nature of our custom woven double sided fabric and our hand dye process. Please note these are not deemed faults and we want you to love each piece for its individuality.
If however you receive an item with a manufacturer defect please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with a brief description and upload a photo or two showing the defect/fault.
