NATIONAL

All Terry items are shipped via Australia post.

All standard and express orders placed prior to 1:30pm AEST on a business day will be dispatched same day.

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track each step of your delivery.

STANDARD shipping is $10AUD for all orders

Delivery between 3-7 business days

EXPRESS shipping is free for orders over $350AUD

Delivery between 1-2 business days

INTERNATIONAL

All Terry international items are shipped via DHL.

Once your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you that will allow you to track each step of your delivery.

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL shipping is $40AUD for all orders

RETURNS

At Terry we want you to love your pieces. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return your order for a refund or credit voucher within 5 business days of receiving, for any reason. 

Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed in packaging with all original tags attached.

To submit a return please email info@terry-t.com with your order number, the item/s you wish to return and the reason for your return. You will then be issued with an RA#

Once you have received your RA# you can post the garment/s back to:

We do not offer returns on sale items unless deemed faulty. During sale periods we are happy to exchange sizes where available.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. returns that are damaged, show signs of wear or do not have their original tags attached will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

EXHANGES

If for some reason your Terry doesn’t fit just right please email info@terry-t.com with your original order number, garment/s and size request and we will do our best to exchange your size where stock is available.

If you decide to return your exchange garment/s for a refund you will be refunded the total amount minus shipping fee ($10). Please also note that if you are returning your exchange garment/s for a refund you have 7 business days to return once you have received the exchanged size. We suggest sending your returns via express post to ensure they arrive in time. 

Please note return postage for returns or exchanges are the buyers responsibility. We recommend you use a service that offers tracking to avoid any problems. Terry is not responsible for loss or damage of items in transit.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All Terry pieces may be slightly different due to the nature of the fabric and the custom dye process. Please note these are not deemed faults and we want you to love each piece for its individuality.

If however you receive an item with a manufacturer defect please email info@terry-t.com and provide us with a brief description and upload a photo or two showing the defect/fault.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 1 month of purchase. please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or incorrect garment care are not considered to be faulty.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors or users (“you,” “your,” or “yours”) of our Website and of our webpages (collectively, our “Services”). By using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Website. If you do not agree to any of these changes, you must discontinue using the Website.

SIZE GUIDE

Please refer to measurements on individually listed items. All Terry garments fit true to size and offer easy wear with press studs and elastic allowing each item to fit comfortably. Sizes may vary slightly between fabrics and colour ways. Please email info@terry-t.com for more information.

PRODUCTS & CONTENT

All TERRY content, products and prices shown on this site are subject to change with out notice at anytime. We make the best effort to display correctly the images and descriptions of our products, including the colours. Our pieces are all hand washed so may have individual tones and characteristics and colour tones may vary depending on your computer screen.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your Terry quality at its best, following care instructions listed on each garment:

DELICATE COLD MACHINE WASH/ COLD HAND WASH

WASH WITH YOUR OTHER TERRY OR ON ITS OWN

DO NOT TUMBLE DRY

LAY FLAT IN SHADE TO DRY

Take care of your Terry. Towelling will wear with time, Colours may fade in sun and pulling may accure if caught. 

PRE ORDER

Products that will be available in the future as per the date on the description but can be booked in advance. They are often a limited product, and although we often encourage you to secure them, we also ask that you commit and are certain of your pre order. We do not take cancellations on pre orders, same exchange and return policies to normal purchases apply. Please note, the pre-order date is an estimate delivery date however unforeseen delays can occur from time to time.

PLACING AN ORDER & ORDER CONFIRMATION

Please follow the check out instructions to place your order.  Once we have received the order, we will send you an Order Confirmation via e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your order. All orders are subject to approval by TERRY and we will confirm the order by sending you a Shipment Confirmation via email. Please note that during sales periods it may take up 5 business days to process an order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the products are no longer in our inventory.  We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer.  We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
